friendly staff modern design

The staff were friendly and helpful. my room was super clean with all amenities. i enjoyed its modern design. i found the coffee machines on my floor to be a very nice touch. We loved the coffee.

the hotel location was ACCEPTABLE.

the rooms were far TOO small. i had to SQUEEZE past the bed to get to the window. it was very cramped and the smallest room i have ever booked into.

the staff greeted us warmly. they ensured our anniversary received personalized attention. i noticed fresh flowers graced our room upon arrival. also, champagne ON ice awaited, a gesture .

the elevators experienced occasional delays, particularly DURING peak hours.

the superior queen room FEATURED plush bedding. i saw that the decor included soft lighting. a spacious layout allowed for relaxed mornings. the rainfall shower offered a soothing end to each day.
